melanie; Very good dish served over brown rice but added chopped onions, garlic, mushrooms, and a lot of seasonings. Very healthy dish as long as sodium is kept at a minimum. I used Mrs Dash jalapeño seasoning and reduced sodium soy sauce. It’s great for leftovers.
