Creamy Alfredo mixed with favorite taco flavors for a 5-ingredient dinner everyone will love!
What people says about this recipe?
Katie Joplin; Added a tbsp of flour to the butter/drippings mixture and let it cook out for a few minutes before adding cream. We like it spicy so I also added a bit of cayenne to the taco seasoned chicken too, and a smidge to garnish 🙂 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Leigha Morgan; It was good. Sauce tasted like a cheezit . Next time I’d sub shredded cheese for Parmesan. Also added peppers and tomatoes.
Jen Chavez; I used macaroni and added lots more cheese. Also used pre made chicken strips. Very yummy and very easy.
Makenzie Berg; We didn’t think 8 oz of pasta was enough for 4 so we quadrupled the recipe… great food for every meal for 8 days! Seriously though, this tasted so good!!
Brittany Burling; We loved this!!! We used 2 cups of shredded cheese, rather than a half cup, to make it more like a taco Mac and cheese. I would recommend salt and pepper to taste. We also thought about taking out the Rotel and adding sautéed onions (or scallions) and bell peppers. If you want to get really crazy, you could add bacon.
Monica Bykova; Used precooked fajitas and used a can of Rotels Diced Tomatoes with Green Chiles, added a shake of red pepper flakes. Great additions if you like it spicey! Going to make this more regularly, husband approves 👌
