Brooke Standley; I didn’t have any balsamic vinegar and it still turned out great! I just added more other spices like garlic and some Creole. Also, I don’t have garlic infused olive oil, so I just added fresh minced garlic. Divided the cook time to 25 mins, then 10 mins with asparagus added bc the 15 mins with asparagus was too much for us.
S; Boiled the potatoes first for about 10 minutes then added extra virgin olive oil, seasonings, and asparagus to bake for about 15-20 minutes. It came out good. 😋
