Kailey; I used a different cheesecake recipe that included sweetened condensed milk, an egg, and vanilla extract. It made them very moist. I had some trouble with them not burning in my convection oven, but if you cook them for about 2-3 minutes and then flatten them with light pressure using a small spatula, they will cook more evenly and not burn or be doughy in the middle.
