What people says about this recipe?
steffanie; So good! Didn’t use Cajun seasonings. Just garlic powder, cumin, pepper and seasoning salt. Did not take 7 hours on low tho! Took maybe 3 or 4. (Could be my crockpot but heads up just in case!)
Alexis; Super yum! Made some substitutions though. I didn’t use creole seasoning, used red potatoes, used roasted garlic cream of mushroom soup, added green beans, and I cooked it stove top in my Dutch oven. Didn’t add salt due to the smoked sausages. Came out great!
LampLighteRN; Turned out great. Added 1/2 c. of beef broth because 1 can of soup alone was not enough liquid. Hubby and I enjoyed but next time, I would like to try with green beans added.
Jessie; I doubled ours so we could have enough.. I suggest you only use the 3/4 tsp of Creole seasoning. If you double it it’s a little on the spicy side.
Michelle; Mine came out different looking. More gravy than the photo, plus I used Johnsonville Italian sausage, and Zatarains season. Really good.
Alexandria; Made this last night & turned out amazing. Hubby was pleased & asked to put this recipe in our book for keepsake! I also didn’t have much time between a newborn & toddler so I cooked on high for 3.5 hours & still turned out delicious. My toddler loved it too! Ate off my plate both times!
Tara; Tasted soooo good!!! Used red potatoes. I didn’t have the Creole seasoning so I used salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder. I couldn’t stop eating it and smelled amazing!
