Valerie Smith; What a great idea! I doubled the recipe but didn’t have quite enough sesame oil, so I added several tablespoons of soy sauce and was generous with the ginger. I didn’t feel like making a special trip to the store for the crunchy wonton strips, but I will make sure to get them next time. I served mine with egg rolls. Move over chicken noodle soup – this one will be taking your place this season!
