LP; Sooo delicious! I only used 1.5lb of the pre-cubed beef for stew and added 1.5lbs of little potatoes (quartered) and about 1 lb of baby carrots. My family loved it! Even my picky 5 year old.
Courtney Asperjan; First meal i made in my instant pot. Absolutely LOVED this recipe. Thanks for sharing! Didn’t use baby potatoes and instead cut russet potatoes because I always have bags of them on hand.
Angie Salas; Turned out delicious. Everyone enjoyed it. Will add more liquid next time to make more gravy. First recipe in instant pot was a success!
Lindsey Macdonald; Very good! Making the gravy with the corn starch and water is a must! Love it and would do it over and over. Thanks for the recipe.😊
Iris-Jilleen Sakai; (I used a tablespoon of cornstarch)I cooked 2lbs for 60 min. I think it would’ve been better at 80 min. Will try again, it was def yummy😋
Sam Johnson; Turned out great! I was using an 8 quart Instant Pot. When I added my veggies I used red potatoes (quartered with skin on), baby carrots and portobello mushrooms and cooked under pressure for an additional 7 minutes. It turned out great!
Nichole McKissick; This was my very first Instapot meal. Super easy to make. The meat was very tender. We enjoyed it very much!
