Joanne Villis; So delicate, pasta like nothing I’ve tried before. I had to use the rest of the can of coconut milk and a little extra water until the pasta was al dente, maybe I didn’t measure the spaghetti correctly? I used the juice of lemon, not the rind though, strong enough lemon for me. Delicious. I can vision this recipe working well with garlic prawns added. Will definitely cook again.

Mamalu; Just tried this and kids loved it! Forgot the coconut milk and didn’t have oil (used water instead) so those mistakes cut the calorie count. Worth the try very easy.
7hillk7; I wanted to make this exactly like the directions but my family saw me making it when I was trying 2 make them have salad & they totally wanted some😪😟. I used part zucchini noodles and added mushrooms and other things. I’ve never used coconut milk in my food as I thought it would overpower the flavor I wanted. I was sooooo wrong!!! This was soooooooo good!!!!!
