Janice Sirek; Double the recipe, used Cajun seasoning by McCormick for the chicken and about 1 extra Tablespoon for the sauce. Plus added 8 ounces of cream cheese to sauce! My guys loved it! A keeper!
Betty Geb; Great recipe! Next time I’ll lighten the seasoning so the spice doesn’t overpower. Also I’ll use heavy cream opposed to cream cheese.
Mariah Rickard; Oh wow. This ended up tasting so very good. I don’t usually lean towards making Cajun based food, but after this one I sure as heck will. I added more cream cheese and chicken broth because it seemed pretty dry as I was making it. I also added smoked sausage as the previous person suggested. Good idea. Defo making this one again.
Orsolya Kabai; It is great. Favorite chicken recipe, beats tikka masala anytime 🙂 Great combination of spices and juices. I have made it with rice instead of pasta, therefore i did not add any broth. GREAT!
