One pound of ground beef;
Salt and paper for taste;
One ounce of packet taco seasoning or you can use 3 ½ tablespoons of homemade seasoning;
2 cups of water;
One cup of jarred mild salsa;
8 ounces of uncooked pasta, rotini;
1 ½ cups of shredded cheese, Mexican style;
Chipped tomatoes, avocado, cilantro, and crushed tortilla chips for toppings.
Preheat a deep skillet with medium heat.
Mix ground beef with salt and pepper, then cook them by stirring them occasionally until they are well cooked.
Remove the grease from the beef.
Mix taco seasoning with the ground beef and stir them in water, pasta noodles, and salsa.
Let the mixture boiled.
After the mixture boils, you stir them and cover then let it simmers.
Turn off the heat and mix the cheese inside the mixture then stir them until melted.
You can add salt and pepper for additional taste if needed. You can serve the food with the toppings instead.
