This recipe can help you to serve four people. You can even double the meat if you want to.
5 slices of round steak;
2 pouches of onion for gravy;
2 cups of hot water;
One medium-sized of yellow onion and slice them;
3 cloves of peeled and smashed garlic;
3 tablespoons of butter.
You can cook this recipe by using the Instant Pot, oven, or crock. The time will be adjusted through.
Coat your skillet with butter and you will need the butter to coat off the round steaks as well. You may only need to cook the meat for 3 minutes on each side.
If you use the instant pot, you can sauté the garlic and onions with one tablespoon of butter.
Put the meat slices into the pot.
Put 2 gravy pouches into 2 cups of hot water and let them dissolve.
Add over the onions and meat in it.
Set the instant pot into the setting for cooking meat and cook on the high pressure for 20 minutes.
After you release the steam, the food is ready to be served.
You can add creamy mashed potatoes on it along with butter corn. If you want to get more carbs, you can add egg noodles or rice as well.
