Marina; Was pretty good. A little too salty for my liking so I added some hoisin and peanut butter to the sauce to sweeten it out s bit. Was good. Next time I’ll add veggies to the mix as well. I had to max an extra half of the sauce since there was so much noodles.

Katie; We loved these lettuce wraps! The recipe yields enough food for an entree for two, and we even had enough left over to take for lunch the next day! I had a hard time cutting the cooked noodles with a knife, so I ended up using my kitchen scissors which worked well. I doubled the sauce, and I’m glad I did because it is so so good!
